Information on this site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Information, including product pricing and availability, may be changed or updated without notice.

My Fantasy Hair and its subsidiaries reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders at its discretion, including, without limitation, if My Fantasy Hair believes that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of My Fantasy Hair and its subsidiaries.

Privacy Policy

My Fantasy Hair’s use of personal information that you may submit to My Fantasy Hair through this Web site is governed by the My Fantasy Hair Privacy Policy.

We use Google Analytics, Google AdWords Conversion tracker, AdWords Remarketing and other Google services that place cookies on a browser across our website. These cookies help us increase the website’s effectiveness for our visitors, and are set and read by Google. To opt out of tracking, please visit this page. If you are concerned about 3rd party cookies served by networks, you should also visit the Network Advertising initiative opt-out page.

We may also share your email address with a 3rd party company for the purpose of conducting surveys of our products and services. Absolutely no information is shared for any other purpose and your email address will not be used for spamming.

Shipping & Delivery

My Fantasy Hair ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. We also offer international shipping to most other countries. Please contact us with any questions. We are happy to help!

Our shipping terms are as follows: Please allow up to 2 business days to process your order before shipment (1 business day for Overnight). Every set of hair extensions undergo several inspections before being shipped. Additional shipping insurance is not added unless you request it. Although, most methods of shipping that we use will automatically include a limited amount of insurance (e.g. USPS Priority = $50) that may or may not cover the entire cost of your purchase. We a required to wait a minimum of 15 days before we can file an insurance claim.

You are responsible for putting your shipping information in our system correctly. If the address you provide is incorrect, and the item ships somewhere else, we will not be responsible for a refund. If the package can’t be delivered, most likely the package will be sent back to our office. If you would like the package signed for, please list this in the “Order Notes” section at checkout on our website. When the tracking information shows that the package was delivered, we have to assume that you received it.

If delivery of your package gets delayed by the shipping company (e.g. USPS/FedEx) for whatever reason once we release it to them, we have no control over it. They are a 3rd party service provider that is hired by you and us to get your package to you. Once your package is in their possession, our part is considered to be complete. We cannot be held accountable for any delays or issues with their service which are rare but can happen. However, we will try to assist you in any way that we can, but we have no control over how the operate their business. This is our only options for getting your purchased items to you.

United States Orders

USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority – All orders over $99.00 include free USPS Priority shipping. Orders under $99.00 will have a calculated shipping cost. Delivery time is usually 1-3 business days within the United States. The estimated delivery time may, on rare occasions, take longer than expected when the Post Office is running behind. These delays are out of our control once we hand our packages over to the postal service.

FedEx Standard Overnight Shipping (United States only): Price is calculated during checkout based on the delivery address and weight of products being shipped. Processing is expedited and typically takes 1 business day, or will ship out on the following Monday when orders are placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. The Overnight shipping cost is non-refundable, and will not be used on our end for exchanges. All exchanges will be shipped For Free using USPS Priority shipping in the United States unless you choose to pay for FedEx Overnight delivery.

FedEx Standard Overnight service does not deliver on Saturday. Packages shipped on Friday won’t arrive at their destination until Monday. If you need a FedEx package delivered on a Saturday, please contact us. We will try to make a special arrangement to meet your needs.

ATTENTION: The shipping cost for FedEx packages are not refundable.

 We will not refund the overnight shipping charge for any reason unless FedEx does not fulfill their obligation, and they refund the shipping cost back to us. If they deliver the package to you, then they have performed their service and will not grant you or us a refund. Therefore, we can not refund the cost of overnight shipping if you decide to return the item(s) to us for any reason.

International Orders

Price is calculated during checkout based on the shipping service you choose, the destination country and region along with the weight of the item(s) being shipped. You will be able to see the prices for shipping options once your address is entered and before you provide payment information.

ATTENTION: International shipping cost is non-refundable for any reason whether the item(s) is returned to us or not. The cost of shipping exchanges internationally is to be paid both ways by the customer as well if an exchange is required. We don’t want any of this to happen, so please contact us here if you need any assistance with making your purchase such as color matching. We can’t make any guarantees, but we will assist you the best that we can.

Note: You will need to provide your phone number during checkout. Your number is required by the shipping company so that they can contact you in case they have a problem with the delivery of you package. This information will never be shared with anyone but the shipping company, nor will we use it to contact for you ANY reason that does not relate to your order.

USPS (United States Post Office) Priority International: Delivery time varies with each country and region. Delivery times may be 7-30 days, depending on the country. You may check with your local postal service for approximate delivery times when using the “Priority International” service coming from the United States Post Office e.g. Canada delivery typically takes approximately 2 weeks.

Note: Packages shipped using the USPS service can only be tracked to their last known location inside of the United States. If you track your package, it will only show the last location in the U.S. where it was scanned. There will be no further tracking details provided, and it will appear that the package is still in the U.S. when it is actually in transit outside of the U.S.

Once the package leaves the United States, it is turned over to the post office of the destination country. From that point forward, the USPS no-longer has possession of the package. Therefore, they have no way to track the package and no control over the delivery of the package. It is the responsibility of the destination country’s post office to make sure that the package arrives to the recipient in a timely matter. There is nothing that the USPS or we can do to assist with the delivery of a package that has left the U.S. You will need to contact the post office in your country for any assistance once your package has left the U.S. – If you want to track your package all the way to its destination, then you may want to consider using FedEx.

USPS (United States Postal Service) First Class – This shipping method may take anywhere from 7 to 30 business days depending on where in the world the package is being delivered to, but this is approximate. Canada orders are usually around 2 weeks, and no more than 3. Delivery costs are calculated when your shipping information is placed into our shopping cart.

FedEx Priority InternationalDelivery time is typically 3-5 business days and often faster depending on the destination country and region. We are not in control of any delays that may occur, but this method of shipping is much faster and safer than using the USPS shipping option. However, it does cost a considerable amount more than USPS shipping options. You also will be able track your package online the entire way. Remember, international shipping charges are not refundable.


  • Many countries charge a fee (duties/taxes) for products that are imported. Every country is different and has very different laws and/or fees associated with importing products from other countries. They may also restrict what types of items that they will allow to be imported. It is the responsibility of the customer to familiarize themselves with these laws and/or fees of the destination country before making a purchase so that there are no surprises. Depending on the laws of the destination country, a payment may be required before or when the product(s) is delivered. We are not liable for this cost, and it must be paid by the customer. Furthermore, we are not responsible for any items that are not delivered/confiscated for violating any import laws of the destination country.
  • Due to laws or other various reasons, we are unable to ship to the following countries: Nigeria, South Africa, Italy, Pakistan, and Jordan. We occasionally add or remove countries so this list may not be 100% accurate at all times. We ship to almost every country and plan to keep it that way.

Sales Tax

No sales tax will be charged to your order unless your products are being delivered to a Mississippi address. If the “ship to” address for your order is in the state of Mississippi, then 7% for state taxes will be added to the order. All other destinations are exempt from sales tax.

Return Policy

Our “terms & conditions” are taken very seriously and will not be waived for any reason. If you place an order, you will have to agree to our terms & conditions which include our return policy. This is required so you won’t be able to place your order until you check the box and agree to our terms & conditions during the checkout process. Please do not purchase or agree with these terms if you do not, in fact, agree with all of our terms & conditions.

*Custom Extensions are non-refundable and can not be exchanged for any reason. More details are listed at the bottom of our return policy.

Our Return Policy (including exchanges) is as follows:

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee so you can return or exchange any item for any reason (excluding custom extensions) that you purchase from us as long as you follow our guidelines listed below.

Unlike most hair extensions brands, we are so confident with the quality of our hair extensions that we allow you to open your hair extensions packaging and fully inspect them to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase before you decide if you want to keep your hair extensions. However, we will not accept the return or exchange of any hair extensions that have been worn or damaged in any way. Also, if any hair products (e.g. hair spay, dye, conditioner, etc.) are placed on them or if they are styled or heat-treated in any way, they will not qualify for an exchange or refund. The hair extensions must remain in their original, brand new condition. We have various ways to determine if the hair extensions have been worn, and if this is the case, they will have to be returned to you without a refund for health and legal reasons. Please check the hair and make sure that the color matches your hair color before applying the extensions. If the color doesn’t match, you can exchange them and get a different color for free.

If you decide that you would like a refund or exchange, you must contact us by email at info@myfantasyhair.com within 3 business days of receiving your package. This email will serve as proof that you contacted us within the required time-frame. Exceptions cannot be made unless you contact us by email prior to placing your order to make special arrangements.

When we receive your return or exchange request, a representative will confirm whether or not you qualify for a return and provide you with return instructions including a link to our return form. You will have 3 business days to complete the return form and mail your item(s) back to us once we send you return instructions. The postage date will serve as evidence that your item(s) was shipped back to us within the required time-frame.

Refunds will take up to 2 business days to issue after we receive your item(s) back. If you paid by PayPal, the funds for your purchase will be available to you instantly once we process your refund. Credit card and debit card refunds typically take 2-5 business days before the funds are available to you after we process your refund.  This will depend on your bank and is something that we have no control over.

If our return policy is not followed in any way, no refund or exchange will be given. If you send the item(s) back to us after violating our return policy, the item(s) will be returned to you. Please contact us prior to placing your order with us or do not place your order if you are unable to comply with our return policy.

NOTE: If you are giving hair extensions as a gift, be sure to look them over to make sure that they are going to work for the recipient. You have only 3 days to decide on keeping them.

A grace period will given if you need consultation about an exchange of color, length, etc… or even with a refund. First contact must still be made within 3 business days.We understand that most of the communicating will be done through emails which can sometimes be slow, so if you need questions answered before returning the item, we will be happy to work with you. We are very fair, and we only ask that you will be fair as well.

We offer no Warranty or Guarantee: If you damage your hair extensions in any way, we are not responsible and will not refund or exchange them. Our Style Guide is provided for our customers to guide them through the handling and caring for our hair extensions. Any substances or hair products that you, or any other person, places on the hair is out of our control. Please TEST all hair products before using. If at any time, we feel the hair has been damaged by hair products, dying the hair, etc.., you will be denied an exchange or refund. No hair products, washing, styling or wearing of any kind are allowed to be eligible for a refund or exchange. 

We are not responsible for hair extensions that have been damaged with hair dye. We can not accept extensions back that have been color dyed, under any circumstances. We do not advise you to dye our extensions, because the results are very unpredictable. It depends on the hair’s genetics, what brand of dye is being used, what color you are using, etc. We do not suggest dying any human hair extensions so if you do this, we can not be held responsible for any outcome. We will always try to help you find your correct color match, and will issue as many exchanges necessary to help you along as long as our requirements are met. You should only dye them if you have no other options.

Custom Extensions: Custom hair extensions are not refundable for any reason. This is noted on each custom made product. Any Custom Extensions that were purchased, and not customized yet, may be cancelled. There is a $25 cancellation fee that will be deducted from your return-of-funds. Please be absolutely sure about your purchase before ordering any custom hair extensions.

By placing your order, you are agreeing to these terms. Our representatives are here to assist you with any questions you may have, and can guide you through the purchasing process. If a mistake is made on your or our end, please contact us within the required 3 days of receiving your product.


Please allow up to 2 business days for your exchange to be processed and shipped after we receive your item(s) back. You will receive a shipping confirmation email including tracking information just as you did when you first ordered.

We are not responsible for any special occasion or function you may be attending that requires you to have the hair extensions refunded or exchanged by a certain date. We can not speed our process of shipping exchanges or returning funds to your account.

When you qualify for a refund or exchange, we will only correct the transaction upon receiving the item(s) back to us. We can not issue refunds or send replacement item(s) before we receive the previous order back from you. There are no exceptions.

Shipping Exchanges

Please make sure to let us know if your shipping address has changed. Otherwise, your exchange will be shipped to the address you provided us with during your original purchase.

Within the United States:  We will exchange your item(s) with no shipping charge on our end as long as you don’t require expedited shipping. We will issue up to 2 exchanges with free standard shipping to you. The cost of shipping the item(s) to us will be your responsibility. If you need more than 2 exchanges, we will require a shipping fee. We will issue as many exchanges as necessary until you have found your correct item.

Internationally: You will be responsible for all shipping fees to and from My Fantasy Hair. This includes any exchanges. Since the shipping cost is your responsibility, we will use your preferred shipping method (e.g. USPS or FedEx). When a representative contacts you, this will be discussed.

We do hope you understand our policy and understand that we are as fair as we can possibly be. Most other hair extension companies do not allow you to open the package at all and still receive a refund or exchange. You may open our package and fully inspect our hair extensions, but you must contact our company within 3 days of receiving them and follow our full return policy.

Office Hours

Customer service is available Monday-Thursday (8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Central U.S. time) and Friday 8:30 a.m. – 12 p.m. (Closed on weekends holidays.) Emails and phone calls will be answered on these days during these time-frames. You may receive emails on weekends on some occasions, but we can not guarantee responses on Saturday and Sunday. We also try our best to create a great work environment and keep our employees happy so it’s not uncommon for us to let them go home early on Friday’s if we can. This is one of our ways of thanking them for all of the hard work they do for us each and every week.


All credit card orders, placed together or separate, with a value of $600.00 or more will require a government issued I.D. and a copy of the credit card being used. The first numbers of the credit card may be blacked-out showing just the last 4 digits of the credit card. The rest of the card must be able to be read.

All PayPal orders, placed together or separate, with a value of $600.00 or more will only be shipped to a “PayPal confirmed” address. If you don’t already have one, you can get a “PayPal confirmed” address by visiting your PayPal account and following their instructions. They might need to get some additional information from you.

Some orders that don’t exceed the $600 threshold may also require additional documentation from you. This is nothing personal. We have automated fraud filters in place that will sometimes flag a transaction for further review by looking at many criteria. For example, somebody that places and order from a computer with a Pakistan IP using an Australian credit card to ship an item to Miami might get flagged for further review. This is normal and no different than what most large online retailers do. 

We do these things not only to protect our company, but also potential victims of credit card theft. The vast majority of orders don’t get flagged for further review so it’s not likely that it will happen to you. We just feel that you should be made aware that this is a possibility, but it shouldn’t delay your order as long as we receive your information in a timely manner.

Remember: This is 100% Human Hair. Just like with your own natural hair, these hair extensions WILL damage over time with heat and styling products you apply to them especially color dye. We will not refund or exchange the hair extensions because you have damaged them. The extensions are expected to be replaced every 6 months to a year (Just an estimate) based on how often they are used and how they are handled. If they are used only for special occasions, they can last a lifetime if cared for properly. My Fantasy Hair will not be responsible for ANY damage, of ANY kind.

Note: We rarely run out of stock on any of our products, but it is possible and has happened due to higher than expected demand for specific items. If you place an order for an item that is out-of-stock, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will be given the option to wait for the new shipment to come in or exchange the item for something else and pay, or get a refund, for the difference in price. Of course, you may also just get a 100% refund if that is what you want.
